How to Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Mirage account and all associated data, send an email to the developer contact email listed on the Mirage Google Play Store page. Please include the email address associated with your Google Sign-In so we can locate your account.

We will send a confirmation email to your account. You must reply to that email to confirm the deletion. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be deleted within 7 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your Google email address and display name
  • Your user ID and authentication tokens
  • Your cloud save data (game progress, inventory, upgrades, and all other saved game state)
  • Your cloud save history (up to 30 days of backup saves)

What Data Is Kept

Your cloud save file is retained for 7 days after account deletion in case you change your mind. After 7 days, it is permanently deleted along with all other account data.

Your local save file on your device is not affected by account deletion. You can continue playing offline, but cloud sync will no longer be available until you sign in again (which creates a new account).

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion is processed within 7 days of your request. All associated data is permanently removed from our servers once the process is complete.
