By downloading, installing, or playing Mirage ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or rent the Game or any part of it.
The Game offers optional Google Sign-In to enable cloud saves. You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be cheating, exploiting bugs, abusing the cloud save service, or otherwise violating these Terms.

You retain ownership of your save data. We store it solely to provide the cloud sync feature. You may request deletion of your account and save data at any time via our Delete Account page.
All content in the Game — including art, code, music, characters, the name "Mirage", and related branding — is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You are welcome to record, stream, or share gameplay footage for non-commercial purposes, including monetized video content on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
All in-game currency, items, and progression are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts or sold.
The Game and the cloud save service are provided on an "as-is" basis. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, including the cloud save service, at any time and without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
The Game is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game (which, for a free Game, is zero).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or cloud save service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the Game and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
